Few exercises practiced on daily basis should be done to enhance endometrium and nourishes the baby through naabhi nal (Umbilical cord)
Diet has to be kept changing for monthwise development of the foetus.
These are list of few food & lifestyle which are to be followed on regular basis
- Ghee + desi cow milk + Khaand-sari (hand-pounded sugar)
- 10 black raisins + Anjeer + 2 Dates + ½ peel of kokam
- Avoid having yogurt
- Gap between Diet & sleep at night has to be of 2 hrs
- Avoid having fermented foods
- Avoid sleeping in day time
