Timing of sleep & diet are inter-related. There has to be minimum gap of 3 hrs in sleeping & dinner.

This statement seems to be very common, but it has deep impact on the body which aggravates many doshas if not followed.

Modern psychological study says sleep from 10pm-12am gives relaxation of 6 hours. So it is must for children to sleep by 9:30pm facing east for children & south for adults.

Students who prefer doing night study is totally incorrect. So they should go prefer studying from morning4:30 am at the time of BRAMHA-MUHURT.
