It is one main component among 3 pillars of ayurved said as TRAY-UPASTAMBH which every person is suppose to follow to stay healthy.

Intention of sleep is to relax body & mind, but not to aggravate the dosha’s.

So everyone should remember Sleep during day time always aggravates KAPHA dosha in our body.

Relaxation is attained only when person sleeps at appropriate time in night. (Note- Not late night sleep.

All the eating & sleeping actions should be done by following the time of doshas. How & when will be explained in online sessions.
