Just imagine & feel if one is under 38 degree temperature for 9 months & suddenly gets exposed to air-conditioned chamber having 18-20 degrees !!
Imagine & feel if one is under darkness since 9 months 7 days & suddenly gets exposed to strong heating bulb light.

Ancient technique of delivery:-
Very significant procedure performed in scientific way in a dark ventilated room in SQUATTING POSTURE in a special room called SUTIKAA-GAAR.
This delivery procedure is done by done by few exercises followed by this posture.
It is done with the help of relatives from maternal & paternal side.
It is performed at some places today also.

9th Month of Pregnancy:-
MONTH OF DELIVERY :
Safe time to perform delivery.
Mother needs to take good care in diet and few light-panchkarma is performed for painless & convenient delivery.
Mother should do good meditations and relaxation’s.
Actual time interval for INTRA-UTERINE LIFE is 9 months 7 days
There is very ancient Baby-delivering procedure in our scriptures where minimal pain is experienced & it’s performed in squatting posture with help of relatives.
Application of procedure at the level of Panch-kosha will be explained online.
8th Month of Pregnancy:-
Very crucial month. Baby gets completely ready.
But only main thing to be taken care off is not to perform delivery in this month as there is OJ dhaatu transfer goes between mother & child.
So mother seems weak sometimes & sometimes energetic. This is because of sharing of OJ dhaatu in mother & baby.
By the end of this month, OJ develops completely in childs body.
Delivery performed in this month is extremely harmful for mother as well as child & can lead to conditions like death if OJ dhaatu is missing in any one amongst them.
7th Month of Pregnancy:-
Baby gets almost ready with many guna’s
Starts understanding its relatives whoever visits their home.
So in Indian tradition, there is a ritual called “GODH-BHARAI” where relatives are made to visit Pregnant women’s place and everyone touches the stomach path.
Significance behind this ritual is baby comes to know its relatives. & this process is performed at level of MANO-MAI kosha.

6th Month of Pregnancy:-
In this month, baby understands different foods, voice & touch of near & dear ones.
Emotional quotient of child gets developed since this month.
Love, hatred, anger, affinity, etc. emotions are expressed through mother
So never feel weird or scold mother even she gets angry. It is due to feelings of child.
5th Month of Pregnancy – The stage of DAU-HRUDINI:-
From 4th month onwards Lady / mother is called as “DAU-HRUDINI” means lady having 2 hearts & feelings
From this month, child starts expressing his / her feelings through mother
Mother starts feeling of having different tastes of food. Then those are the feelings of the baby.
4th Month of Pregnancy:-
This is the month when AATMAN / AATMA invades the body
Foetus gets transformed into a Living organism (baby)
Heart & other organs of the foetus starts functioning in this month.
Lady willing For abortion can’t go for it from 4th month. It has to be performed within 1st trimester.
3rd Month of Pregnancy:-
Till 1st week of this month, Eyes, nose, mouth, etc. gets developed.
In later Period, Functions like moments of mouth, gulping & other moment oriented works starts developing.
This period till 1st 3 months is said to be as 1st TRIMESTER
