Introduction to Garbha-sanskar:-

Couples should give 3 months to get ready for conception.

During this period, Panchkarma, Pranayama’s, Some other spiritual practices, various healing therapies has to be done to get their desired baby.

There are 2 most important things to be followed before conception

  • Mantra &
  • Nasya

Nasya with fresh juices (swaras) of different herbs always helps in conceiving faster & keep the baby’s health disesased free.

Nasya is the way of enhancing great life forces to enter the womb &  purifying the blood & enhances sex hormones in pituitary gland.

Ayurved explains 5 main detoxification procedures followed by few short procedures for evacuation of toxins from our body namely-

  • Basti
  • Vamana
  • Virechan
  • Nasya &
  • Rakta-mokshan
  • Shirodhara
  • Different types of uttar-basti if required

Couples should always have a Planned conception for inviting a divine soul  in Lady’s womb.

So they should be physically, Mentally, Socially & Spiritually healthy.

So couples must undergo Panchkarma before planning for a baby.

11TH Indriya is Manas.

This indriya connects gyanendriyas & karmendriyas.

Through gyanendriya’s we know the worldly objects & By Karmendriya’s we take actions accordingly.

All the decisions about right & wrong are taken by Manas & person takes action through its Karmendriya’s

This is how 11 Indriya’s work.

5 Karmendriya –

  1. Vaak (Mouth)- For Speech
  2. Paani (Hands)- For physical work
  3. Feet – For TO & FRO moments
  4. Paayu (Anus) – For excretion of waste products
  5. Upasthata (Genitals) – For reproduction

As the name itself says – Karma + Indriya. Means Indriya’s which perform’s all the actions.

  2. Indriya (Sensory organs),
  3. Satva (Power to lead this body / life force energy),
  4. Aatma / Aatman (soul)

These four unites and form a GARBHA / FOETUS

Ayurved Clock:

Every day dosha gets aggravated in a particular time & has its effects on body accordingly:

  • 2 o’clock – 6 o’clock is the timings for VAATA where it gets aggravated & we its symptoms in the body
  • 6 o’clock – 10 o’clock is the KAPHA dominant period &
  • 10 o’clock – 2 o’clock is the PITTA dominant period.

That’s why a person needs to follow daily in a particular time during the influence of that particular dosha.
