Few things to be followed:-

IMPORTANT THINGS TO BE FOLLOWED

P.ABHYANG – Massaging the foot soles before sleep.

NASYA – Applying 3-4 drops of any lubricants like medicated oils, desi cow ghee, etc.

SAUVIR-ANJAN – Applying black SURMA or black herbal ashes mixed with desi cow ghee on eye lids.

UDVARTAN – Applying herbal facial packs at face & on body once a week is must

PARYUSHIT ANNA – Soaking food stuffs over night aggravates vaat dosha Like sprouts. Hence, it should be avoided.

NA VEIG DHAARAN – Any natural pressures like urination, faecal matter, Sneeze, cough, thirst, hunger, etc. should be ceased. It will be discussed in the topic BAHAAV KO BEHNE DO
