Few exercises like flour pounding, systematic breathing exercises, should be done.
Exertion oriented exercise like surya-namaskar, Chakraasana, bhujanga aasan which exerts pressure on womb has to be avoided.
These exercises has to be done after 1st trimester which avoids risk of abortion.
