- Kapha dosha- Region from head to neck is region for kapha dosha.
- Pitta dosha- Region between throat to navel is for pitta dosha
- Vaata dosha- Region below navel is of vaata dosha.
Balanced state of these doshas leads to health & its imbalanced state leads to disorders.
